A black baby taken in by a white farmer and his barren wife after the massacre of her tribe and family. This true story had its origins in a small town book that gave descriptions of European settlement and the clash of stone age and iron age cultures in Australia; one that dealt with the day to day altercations of two opposing peoples, although this work is a fiction based on fact. it describes the events that took place at the turn of the 19th century.
